1. Placing an order

To place an order for the chosen product, you should add it to the shopping cart, fill out the order form available on the shopping cart page and finally confirm the order. 
It is not necessary to register on the online store, it is possible to make a purchase without logging in.

Brief explanation of the ordering procedure:

Add to the Basket -> Select the method of delivery/payment -> Order -> Request Order
(log in if you wish) -> Enter Data -> Confirm order - > Finish (confirmational e-mail will be sent approving your order request).
If, however, the data in the received e-mail does not comply with what has been entered, or if there is any sort of other mistake, please contact us immediately via e-mail or telephone to make the necessary changes.
The order form is designed in the simplest way, to help you get through the ordering process with ease.On the form, besides the windows intended for filling in your basic personal data, there is also an "ATTENTION'" window in which you can write additional non-standard information.
Once you confirm the order, an automatic e-mail will be sent to you (to the given e-mail address), confirming the submitted order.
The order is considered successful only after you confirm this fact by clicking the link (found in the automatic e-mail confirmation).


2. Order realization time 

Orders are executed after the receipt of payment.
If the ordered product is in stock and the payment is booked on the account until noon (12 o'clock pm), the goods will be dispatched on that same day, or the following day if the payment is booked after noon. If the desired product is not in stock, the order will be immediately transfered to the production department, once upon the receipt of payment. The production time for a cable, depending on the amount of active orders, takes from 1 to 3 days. Automatic acceptance of the order does not define the confirmation of realization.


3. Cost of transport


The cost of delivery for all cables sent within Polish grounds is 10 zl or 0 zl for orders with a total value of more than 300 zl . The cost of delivery of other products whose price is less than 49 zl is 20 zl .Shipping is realized via UPS courier service.


4. Delivery Time

We solely use the UPS courier service. All deliveries are are realized using te standard shipping method, which guarantees delivery within a maximum of 3 days.
Usually, all deliveries are realized on the next day basis after their dispatch. Each parcel is properly packed and sent to the appropriate address specified during the ordering process. It is very important to provide a contact telephone number. Once the parcel is dispatched to the courier, you will receive a confirmation note via e-mail with the parcel's tracking number, which allows you to check the status of delivery through the courier's website www.ups.com. In case the parcel does not get delivered, or there are any sort of delivery problems (change of address etc.), please contact your local UPS office (list of phone numbers is available on the UPS wesite) and use the tracking number we provided you with, to receive more info.



5. Personal Information

1. By placing an order through our online shop owned by LABOGA, which is situated in Wroclaw at 35/2 Partyzantów street, the client agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the execution of orders. A lack of consent for the data processing policy, prevents the order from being completed. The customer will be held responsible for providing false personal information.
2. Personal data is protected in accordance with the Act from August, 29th 1997 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text Journal of Laws from 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended) in a manner that prevents access to this information by third parties.
3. Consistent with the above mentioned law, customers of the laboga.pl online store/shop have the right to look into their personal data, to make corrections and to request removal.
